Looking across what used to be Bridge 241.3. See also 1 in the Murdock picture set. Looking south towards Louisville.

This metal post on the north side of the bridge was almost certainly the NO TRESPASSING sign put up by CSX. There's one on both sides of the ROW, but this is the one on the north side.

Deep in the trees, just north of the bridge, stands a lone telegraph pole on the south side of the ROW. Looking north towards Chicago.

I'm 90% sure this was the signal mounting at the south switch of the passing siding. Just like in 2, there's one on both sides of the ROW, but this is the one on the north side. Looking north towards Chicago.

Slightly less than half a mile north of the bridge is this pile of ties, amongst other assorted junk, cast aside on the west side of the ROW.

Taken from the Peerless Road crossing on the north outskirts of Thornton. Looking north towards Chicago.

The Peerless Road crossing on the north outskirts of Thornton. Looking south towards Louisville.

Taken from the Unnamed Road crossing. Looking north towards Chicago.

The Unnamed Road crossing. Looking south towards Louisville.
