We hope that you have enjoyed this look back in time. The Kankakee River continues to flow. The hunting and sportsmen clubs that once populated the banks and marshlands are gone, but their legacy remains.
I expect to continue to add information and photos in the future. This site, like my others are all "works in progress." I thank all the groups and individuals who have contributed so far. I appreciate you sharing your photos and information. It makes research that much better. Look forward to further cooperation in the future.
