We have 10 rooms reserved (king) for Thurs. to accommodate early
arrivers. We had 6 in Salem. We have 15 (2Q), 20 (king) reserved for Fri. and
Sat.
The special MONON rate is $89 plus applicable taxes.
The special rate code is; RI20AA (that is a capital I (eye)
not a number 1 (one))

All society sponsored events will be held here except for the Train Ride.
This
includes;
The
Annual Banquet, access to the facility and events, Train Ride and the Train
Show.
Cash bar at banquet.
Sunday will be the annual meeting and swap meet at the EnterTrainment
Junction. We should have up to 55 tables, at this show.

ITINERARY
Friday, September 21st, 2018--Convention registration includes entrance to
all events.
12:00 to 4:00 pm--Registration at Entertrainment Junction.
6:00 pm--Social hour at Entertrainment Junction with cash bar.
7:00 pm--Annual Banquet--Following the Banquet, words from our
President, short break, &guest speaker.
10:30 pm--Special slide presentation by Mont Switzer at the hotel (Four
Points Sheridan Cincinnati North).
Saturday, September 22nd, 2018--Convention registration
includes entrance to all events.
Train Ride on LM & M Railroad
10:30 am--Be at LM & M Railroad, 127 S Mechanic Street
Lebanon, OH 45036.
11:00 am--Departure for Nostalgic Passenger Car Ride through scenic Ohio.
4:00 pm--Pizza & Sandwiches at Entertrainment Junction.
Sunday, September 23rd, 2018--Convention registration
includes entrance to show.
Train Show/Swap Meet at Entertrainment Junction.
8:00 to 10:00 am--Vendor Setup.
9:00 am--Annual Board Meeting held at Entertrainment Junction.
10:00 am--Train Show opens admission entrance included.
3:00 pm--Train Show Closes—Have a safe journey home with
many new memories.
